Terms of Business

1. Introduction

These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern your bookings and participation in activities provided by Adventure Base Camp Miyora and Regenwald Adventure Tours ("we", "us", "our"), located in Kitulgala, Sri Lanka.

By proceeding with a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash upon arrival (if previously agreed).

Quoted prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid, the price is guaranteed.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Adventure activities such as White Water Rafting, Canyoning, Waterfall Abseiling, and Jungle Trekking carry inherent risks of personal injury, property damage, or death.

• Participants must follow all instructions given by our certified guides.
• All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to engaging in any activity.
• Adventure Base Camp Miyora and Regenwald Adventure Tours shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the execution of our services, except where explicitly mandated by Sri Lankan law due to gross negligence.

4. Health & Safety

Participants must be in good physical health. You are obligated to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy) prior to the activity.

Pregnant individuals are strictly prohibited from participating in White Water Rafting, Abseiling, and Canyoning.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who we deem physically unfit for the activity, without refund.

5. Code of Conduct

We operate in eco-sensitive rainforest areas. Guests are strictly prohibited from littering or damaging the natural environment. Disrespectful behavior towards guides, staff, local communities, or other guests may result in immediate termination of the activity without a refund.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
